About Erika
Erika joined KP Staffing in an entry-level front desk position. She was promoted to a recruiting role where she grew her client base until she was ranked #1 in volume. During this time her success can be attributed to the way she treated both her clients and the employees that she had on assignment.
Erika shifted into a Business Development role in 2019 and understands the 360 views of our processes better than anyone.
"I am passionate and always striving to be the best version of myself. I love spending time with my son and attending church on Wednesdays and Sundays. I enjoy reading, working out, and volunteering on a regular basis. When I am not helping clients, I help coordinate our company's birthday and anniversary parties."
