2. What’s their pay schedule?

3. What’s their background policy? 

Some staffing agencies won’t hire anyone with a criminal background; others have only background-friendly positions. If you have a criminal record, checking their background policy ahead of time can save you some time.

Take a look at whether the company you’re considering fills for daily assignments, temporary assignments that last a few weeks, or permanent positions.

At KP Staffing, most of our positions are temp-to-permanent positions. You’ll work through us for three months before the company has the option to hire you on as a permanent employee.
