Assembly Production Support Specialist
KP Staffing is now hiring an assembly production support specialist for a company in North Fort Worth!

They are a leading player in the injection molding, micro-assembly, and product development industries. Their state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced assembly lead.
Job Summary
- Lead quality assurance activities within the assembly department
- Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related decisions on the production floor
- Work closely with quality, operations, and engineering teams to drive defect reduction
- Support production personnel with real-time decision-making
- Provide guidance and training to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
- Maintain consistent quality performance
- Ensure products meet established quality standards and customer requirements
Shift
Off shift: Thursday–Friday, 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM (flexibility is appreciated)
Pay
$24.00 – $36.00 per hour
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2–4 years of experience using microscopes and inspection tools required
- Strong ability to identify defects and determine product acceptability based on established standards
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach and influence operators, leads, and supervisors
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting production and quality deadlines
