Job Summary
Responsible for building, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting dies, molds, fixtures, and production tooling used in manufacturing operations.
Pay
$22 per hour
Shift
1st shift: 6 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday
Duties
- Build, repair, and maintain dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Operate mills, lathes, grinders, drill presses, and other machining equipment.
- Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
- Troubleshoot tooling issues and complete necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Perform preventative maintenance on tooling and equipment.
- Assist with die setups, changeovers, and production troubleshooting.
- Inspect tooling to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous Tool & Die or machining experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances.
- Experience with precision measuring tools.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.
