KP Staffing Granbury is now hiring an industrial painter in Weatherford, TX!
Job Summary
The industrial painter will prepare surfaces and apply paint, coatings, and finishes using spray equipment, brushes, or rollers. This role also inspects finished surfaces for quality and consistency while following safety procedures and scheduled work hours.
Pay
$18 – $22 per hour, DOE
Shift:
1st Shift: 6a-4:30p M-F (OT req’d as needed)
2nd shift: 5:00 p.m. – 5:30 a.m., Monday – Thursday (OT req’d as needed)
Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
- Apply paint, coatings, and finishes using spray equipment, brushes, or rollers
- Inspect finished surfaces for quality and consistency
- Maintain painting equipment and ensure proper storage of materials
- Follow all safety procedures and use protective equipment
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines
- Work overtime as required
- Work scheduled hours consistently
Qualifications
- 1+ year of industrial painter experience
- Previous experience in industrial or commercial painting preferred
- Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and safety practices
- Ability to read and follow instructions and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift as required
- Overhead crane and forklift experience a plus
