KP Staffing Hickory is now hiring a Machine Operator for a leading manufacturer that specializes in superabsorbent polymer products!

Company Overview
This company is a global leader in specialty chemicals and a premier manufacturer of protective materials for high-reliability applications.

Shift
2nd shift: Monday – Friday, 3 p.m. – 11 p.m.

Pay
$18.00 per hour

Job Summary

• Operate heavy industrial equipment such as forklifts, loaders, overhead cranes, pallet stackers, or materialhandling machines.

• Set up, start, and monitor production machinery according to manufacturing specifications.

• Feed raw materials into machines and ensure continuous, efficient workflow.

• Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and production targets.

Job Details 

• Must be able to stand, stoop, reach, grasp, sit or stand for long periods of time, and lift up to a maximum of 50 lbs. safely.

• Attendance bonuses (if requirements are met).
