KP Staffing is now hiring  Manufacturing Associates for a production facility in North Fort Worth!

We’re partnered with a well-established company in Fort Worth that manufactures parts and pieces for AI and Software Technologies.
In this role, you’ll lead a small team across both production and warehouse areas, ensuring daily goals are met while upholding safety and quality standards. Job Summary:

This role ensures inventory accuracy, prepares materials for production and shipment, performs quality inspections, and maintains accurate inventory and production records. The Product Handler works closely with production, quality, and shipping teams to ensure materials are available when needed and that finished products meet company quality standards.

Shifts ( Contact for availability ) :

1st Shift Monday – Friday 9 am-5 pm

Off Shift Monday – Friday 6 pm-2 am

Wkdn Shift Saturday – Monday 5 am – 5 pm

Rotating Schedules available as well!:

  • Day shift: 6 am – 6 pm (2,2,3 rotating)
  • Night shift: 6 pm – 6 am (2,2,3 rotating)

Pay
$17 – $22 per hour, Depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials and products.
  • Perform quality inspections on production kits and follow established quality standards and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, production, and shipping records using warehouse systems.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
  • Supply production lines with materials and completed kits as needed.
  • Record production scrap, extra materials, and audit information.
  • Prioritize work to meet production schedules and customer shipping deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Excellent math skills: multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction of large numbers

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
