Job Summary
The MES technician will support production planning, inventory control, and MES system operations while ensuring data accuracy and communication across departments. This role helps coordinate production needs, scheduling, and reporting for facility operations.
Pay
$23.35 per hour
Shift
1st, 2nd, weekend
Duties
- Authenticate analytical data to ensure accuracy prior to closing production
- Direct and coordinate daily operations of the MES functions regarding facility operations
- Serve as a key user in the design, implementation, and development of the MES program
- Maintain the data accuracy of inventory in the MES system
- Communicate with plant supervisors and managers regarding the production schedule
- Work as a liaison between departments to communicate production needs
- Assist in the evaluation of MES data, cumulative daily production, and operational scheduling/reports

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience that provided exposure and in-depth understanding of production planning and inventory control is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software applications
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information
- Ability to coordinate last-minute project-based work details
