KP Staffing is now hiring a night shift molding lead for a company in North Fort Worth!

Company Overview

Job Summary 

• Directly leads 5 to 10 molding technicians on first, second, or third shift

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws

• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees

• Planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees

• Addressing complaints and resolving problems

Shift
Day shift: 6 p.m. – 6 a.m., Rotating Schedule ( 2-2-3 ), availability for overtime

Pay
$20 – $27 per hour, DOE
