Overhead Crane Operator

Job Summary
The overhead crane operator will ensure a smooth flow of material through the facility by handling shipping, receiving, storage, and movement of raw materials. This role supports production by unloading, staging, inspecting, and loading materials while following safety and quality procedures.
Pay
$19 per hour
Shift
Rotating shifts a MUST. Facility is open 24/7.
Duties
- Unload, store, and place raw material for processing
- Verify material is correct as ordered
- Follow practices and procedures outlined in ISO programs
- Off-load material from the production line
- Place material into staging areas
- Fill customer orders from stock
- Ensure material is properly identified
- Verify quality per ASTM or customer specifications
- Load material onto trucks or rail cars
- Verify material matches customer orders
- Perform daily crane inspections
- Follow all safety rules and regulations
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience operating overhead cranes
- Proof of High school diploma
- Must have physical valid drivers license
- Ability to pass a 7 year background check
- Ability to pass a 10 panel drug screen
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
