Quality Lead (Weekend Night Shift)
KP Staffing is now hiring a Quality Lead for a company in North Fort Worth!
Company Overview
This company manufactures small plastic pieces for the electric industry. They specialize in providing industry-leading components that enable high-bandwidth systems such as cloud computing, core routing, and distribution networks like fiber-to-the-home.
Job Summary
- Support the quality team by ensuring quality control inspectors and technicians can efficiently complete their daily tasks.
- Perform hands-on quality control tasks to maintain and develop technical skills.
- Review and approve first shots for technicians in first shot qualification.
- Assist with test run evaluations and maintain training for team members.
- Conduct containment activities and monitor the inspection lab for process improvements.
- Identify and report improvement opportunities to the immediate supervisor.
- Conduct periodic process audits to ensure compliance and quality.
- Ensure proper documentation of processes and activities.
- Support scheduling of team members and perform additional duties as assigned.
Shift
Night shift: 6 p.m. – 6 a.m., Friday – Saturday (must be flexible for OT)
Pay
$26.00 – $30.00 per hour, DOE
Job Details
- Must have a one-year college certificate or relevant experience, with proficiency in part print reading, Microsoft Office, and inspection equipment.
- Conducting process audits and maintaining proper documentation
- Supporting training and scheduling of team members

Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms, and communicate effectively
- Performing containment activities and monitoring the Inspection Lab for improvements
