Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk with SAP experience to join our team in Pasadena, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring that all shipments meet our quality standards.
Shift: Weekend, 1st shift: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Pay Rate Range: $17.28 – $21.70 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving logs
- Coordinate with carriers for timely pickups and deliveries
- Ensure the storage and organization of inventory
- Cross-check orders for accuracy and completeness
- Utilize SAP for shipment processing and inventory management
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving preferred
- SAP experience required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods
