Job Summary
The TIG welder will perform high-precision GTAW welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and exotic alloys to fabricate, repair, and assemble parts according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
Pay
$25 per hour
Shift
1st shift
Monday – Friday
5:00 am to 5:00 pm
Duties
- Set up and operate TIG welding equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
- Prepare materials including cleaning, fit-up, and joint preparation
- Produce clean, high-quality welds that meet visual and dimensional requirements
- Inspect completed welds and perform basic quality checks
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a TIG welder with at least 4 to 5 years’ experience
- Ability to weld stainless steel and aluminum in various positions
- Knowledge of welding codes and safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
