Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate specializing in Kitting to join our team in Belton, MO. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and preparing kits in a timely and accurate manner, supporting inventory management, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and assemble parts and components to complete kits based on specified procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of items
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, or assembly preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Work Schedule:
- Night shift, 4:00pm – 2:30am
Compensation:
- $18.50 hr
