Job Summary
KP Staffing is currently hiring reliable and detail-oriented warehouse operations associates for a client operating a firearm and firearm-accessories warehouse in Leander, TX.
This is a hands-on warehouse position responsible for picking and packing orders, receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing shipments, and maintaining an organized and accurate warehouse environment.
Pay Rate
$17.00/hour
Shift
9 p.m. – 6 a.m.
Shifts will fall between Monday – Saturday or Tuesday – Sunday
Job Duties

Pick products accurately according to customer and warehouse orders.

Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.

Receive and verify incoming shipments.

Check quantities and product information against receiving documentation.

Prepare outgoing shipments, labels, and related documentation.

Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.

Follow all company procedures for handling, storing, receiving, and shipping products.

Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a background check is required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must be comfortable working in a firearm-industry warehouse environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established procedures.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to stand, walk, bend throughout the workday.

Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and move packages and boxes.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Previous warehouse, fulfillment, receiving, or shipping experience.

Experience with inventory management or shipping systems.

Experience working in a regulated or highly detail-oriented environment.
