Meet Josh, a determined and hardworking individual with an interesting background. Growing up in Weatherford, TX, also known as the “cutting horse capital of the world,” he learned the value of hard work at a young age. That hard work did him well in the restaurant industry, where he got his start at a Chili’s, honing his people skills and work ethic.
Josh spent 6 years working in the oil field before transitioning, at his wife’s suggestion, to sales. His first sales position was at a dealership that specialized in high-end used motorcycles. With his outgoing personality and passion for motorcycles and cars, his sales career was off to a fantastic start.
When the Covid-19 pandemic struck, Josh once again found himself needing to pivot. When a former colleague from the restaurant industry reached out to him with an opportunity with KP Staffing, he was excited for a new challenge. With his strong work ethic, love for people, and passion for sales, he is excited to bring his skills to staffing. “I am thoroughly enjoying learning about this industry and working with the amazing people at KP Staffing,” he said.
As a self-proclaimed adrenaline junkie, when he’s not working, you can find him doing anything from mountain biking to skydiving. He enjoys traveling, cars, and spending time with his wife and child.
