Hire Production & Warehouse Workers in Lancaster, TX

Lancaster's manufacturing and distribution base is one of the strongest in southern Dallas County. Bordered by I-35E, I-20, and I-635 with access to a regional airport, the city offers the kind of infrastructure that attracts large-scale operations. Plumbing product manufacturers, cabinet makers, fiberglass fabricators, manufactured housing producers, distribution centers, and more all operate here, employing hundreds of production and warehouse workers.

KP Staffing's Duncanville office places machine operators, forklift operators, production assemblers, pickers, packers, material handlers, warehouse associates, shipping and receiving clerks, welders, and more at Lancaster facilities. We also offer on-site staffing programs for high-volume operations that need a dedicated recruiting presence on-site.

Male branch manager at KP Staffing Agency in Fort Worth, TX

Meet the manager.

Ryan Beckman

Growing up in Fort Worth, Ryan never had a shortage of energy. He met CEO Nathan Doran through high school baseball, and he went on to play as a professional in the minor leagues for eight years.

Ryan and his wife, Ashley, have two dog-kids, who they spend every Saturday afternoon at the dog park with. “I enjoy staying very active, whether it is at work or at home,” Ryan said....

“My wife says I have too many hobbies (motocross, softball, flag football, baseball, working out, etc.). She may be right. I am just not wired to sit and relax. To me the most relaxing thing is getting outside and being active, whether I’m just fixing my car or playing a sport.”

In 2016, he joined KP Staffing on the business development team, focusing his abundance of energy on growing the company. At the time there were only 12 employees and two offices. Four years later, KP Staffing is six branches strong, with over 50 in-house employees.

“I think KP Staffing is having so much success because we treat everyone with respect and dignity,” he said. “Whether you are our client or an employee working for us, we want to make sure you feel like you’re part of our family. We’re a young and hungry bunch - I don’t think we’ve even gotten close to our limit of achievement.”
