Kendra Shuler

Born and raised in Indiana, Kendra graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s in sports journalism and went on to spend a year in Orlando, Florida working at both Universal Studios and Walt Disney World in guest services. She then worked in radio sales and as a weekend disc jockey before beginning her career in staffing as a recruiter.

27 years into her staffing career, she’s staffed in 6 states and held many titles, from training & development manager, vice president of midwest operations, and recruiter, to onsite manager, area manager, and regional vice president....

“I love the staffing industry because no two days are ever alike,” she said. “And most importantly, we get to make a difference in people’s lives every single day.”

She’s worked with major clients like Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Kia Motor Manufacturing & Subaru Automotive Assembly plants, and also for large volume distribution centers like WalMart, Pet Supplies Plus, Ingram Micro Mobility, Ryder Logistics, CEVA Logistics, Pitney Bowes, and Stanley Black & Decker. “I see KP Staffing continuing to expand our footprint across the state of Texas,” Kendra said. “Opening in Houston is just the beginning for our company!”
