Meet the manager.
Ofelia Elizondo
Ofelia Elizondo, the branch manager of our Duncanville location, is a force to be reckoned with. Her staffing career began in an administrative assistant position with another staffing agency in the DFW area over a decade ago. She worked her way up to recruiting manager there, staffing for most of Dallas all the way to Waco. When she joined KP Staffing, she dove into her branch manager position with determination, over doubling the volume at the branch....
“To get to where I am today, I have always been open to learning and doing my research on things to better myself. I am very dedicated and I do not like to settle for less. I’m a firm believer that hard work pays off and that you always have to exceed your own expectations to be successful,” she said. “I also believe that building good relationships in this world gets you places. Ofelia spends her free time volunteering with food programs for people without homes, attending her three children’s sporting events, and spending time relaxing with her family.
