Thania Martinez
In 2013, Thania Martinez was on the search for a long-term career while raising two young children as a single parent. Juggling a full-time job that she didn’t see herself growing in, she struggled to find time to search for a better career. A hustler to her core, Thania didn’t relent.
In the midst of the chaos of raising two kids and working full-time, she saw a post online for a position at KP Staffing, then called Key Personnel, and skipped the online application....
Instead, she walked into the Arlington branch to inquire in person.
Since that day, she’s worked her way from an administrative assistant to the branch manager of our Dallas/Regal Row office.
“I had to prove to myself that anything is possible if you set your mind to it,” she said. “Today I’m forever grateful for all the opportunities life has given me. Never give up, even if you feel like you're not going anywhere.”
In addition to her work with KP, she keeps busy at home.
“I love helping others in every way possible. I love spending time with my family and kids. I love outdoor activities,” she said. “I enjoy my free time watching my kids play and laugh all day.”
Thania has developed a passion for staffing and has proven a central asset to KP Staffing.
“Once I started witnessing how much a staff agency can do to help someone, I said to myself, ‘This is it. This is what I love doing,’” she said. “Helping customers and clients fulfill their needs brings so much satisfaction.”
