1st Shift Assembly Product Handler
KP Staffing is now hiring 1st shift assembly product handlers for a company that manufactures fiber optic connectors and optical interconnect components in Fort Worth, TX!
Job Summary
The product handler will receive, verify, store, pick, and prepare products for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting warehouse operations. This role is responsible for inspecting materials, assigning kits to assembly operators, and tracking kit inventory.
Pay
$17 – $19 per hour
Shift
1st shift: 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday – Friday (Some Saturdays)
Duties

Receive, count, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips or purchase orders

Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations

Select products from shelves or storage areas according to customer orders or shipping requests

Pack items securely for shipment following company packaging guidelines

Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies during receiving, storage, or picking processes

Report issues to supervisors and follow established procedures for handling non-conforming items

Assign kits to assembly operators

Keep track of kit inventory
Qualifications
-
Logistics clerk experience

Shipping and receiving experience preferred
