Blending Operator
KP Staffing Granbury is now hiring blending operators for a company that manufactures juice products in Mineral Wells, Texas!
Job Summary
The blending operator will support the blending and production of juice products by verifying ingredients, weighing and measuring raw materials, and operating blending equipment according to standard operating procedures. This position will maintain batch records, perform equipment cleaning, and help ensure sanitary conditions throughout the processing area.
Pay
$18 per hour
Shift
1st shift: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Sun-Wed
Duties
- Verify the pulling and staging of ingredients for blending
- Maintain accurate batch and lot code records, including raw material usage
- Weigh and measure raw materials accurately to ensure correct proportions and mixtures
- Operate blending equipment safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures
- Perform CIP and COP according to standard procedures
- Work closely with team members, shift supervisors, and quality control personnel to achieve production targets and maintain product quality
- Sanitize equipment, workstations, and processing areas to prevent contamination and maintain compliance with company standards
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
- Follow prescribed safety regulations
- Ensure compliance with departmental and company policies and procedures
- Promote a safe work environment
- Ensure the production schedule is followed
- Communicate and collaborate with production, quality control, and maintenance departments

- Detail oriented
- Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations
- Ability to deliver work on time and with high quality
- Good judgment when making decisions
- Computer proficient
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift experience
- Flexible and willing to work various shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
