Electronic Technician

Job Summary
The electronic tech will develop and test solutions to solve technical problems related to computer repair while assisting engineers, conducting tests, and collecting data. This role also supports quality control, process improvement, and warehouse efficiency initiatives.
Pay
$17 – $23 per hour
Shift
Weekend shift, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
Duties
- Creates solutions to technical problems related to computer repair
- Performs research and development as instructed by the engineering manager
- Uses math and science skills to assist engineers in developing improved processes and assembly or repair systems
- Performs quality control testing, assembly, and maintenance duties as required
- Participates in system requirements evaluation, analysis, and implementation
- Implements warehouse efficiency and cost reduction programs through analysis of product or delivery issues
- Maintains internal, external customer, and supplier relationships
- Communicates and works with business partners
- Supports inventory management and allocation to improve warehouse flow and productivity
- Performs other assigned duties

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or business administration from an accredited university preferred
- Experience in the computer repair industry preferred
- Knowledge of SQL and databases helpful
- Fluency in English
- Manufacturing or computer industry experience is a plus
- Strong planning and analytical capabilities
- Strong analytical and modeling skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Flexibility to work overtime for special projects or business support
- Ability to work in moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment
- Ability to walk for extended periods, reach overhead, bend or stoop, perform repetitive hand movements, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
