Job Summary

• Material Prep

• Material Handling

• Weld components in flat, vertical or overhead positions

• Mig, Flux Core and/or Stick Welding

• Position, align, fit, tack and weld parts to form complete assemblies or sub-assemblies

• Operate hand and power tools

• Follow instructions from supervisors/management and SOPs

• Follow quality plans and quality specifications

Shift
1st shift: 5 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. or 9 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. | 2nd shift: 2 p.m. – 11 p.m. | Saturday overtime as required

Pay
$18 – $27 per hour (pay will depend on welding test scores)

Job Details

• Pass welding test showcasing skills in flat, vertical, and overhead positions

• Perform welding using various materials such as .035 solid wire, .045 flux core wire, 7018 and 6011 rods

• Utilize hand cutting torches and hand grinders with precision

• Read tape measure with accuracy to 1/32”

• Execute minimal assembly tasks under supervision

• Willingness to perform other production-related duties as assigned

• Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing and screening

• Welding and fitting experience

• MIG welding experience
