Job Summary
The Finishing operator will support department functions by verifying incoming material against work orders and performing finishing activities such as doping, drifting, stencil, capping, deburring, and painting machinery.
Pay
$19.38 per hour
Shift
1st, 2nd, weekend: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Duties
- Support all functions of the department
- Verify incoming material against work orders
- Ensure proper doping and deburring
- Follow all PPE policies and safety rules
- Perform doping, drifting, stencil, capping, deburring, and paint machinery tasks
- Operate a forklift as needed
- Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area and keep it free and clear of debris
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Read, write, and speak English in a clear and effective manner
- Ability to use hands to clean, paint, and lift objects to chest height
- Good finger dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work with others, with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines
