KP Staffing Pasadena is now hiring industrial lift operators for a company that manufactures pipes in Baytown, TX!
Job Summary
The lift operator will support pipe handling and production operations by driving a lift, managing inventory transfers, and identifying materials based on work orders. This role also works across production lines including mill, heat treat, inspection, and threading.
Pay
$25 per hour
Shift
1st shift: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Duties
- Drive a lift/wheeler loader forklift while handling pipe from 5” to 13” and 40 ft to 46 ft long
- Run production lines including mill, heat treat, inspection, and threading
- Maintain pipe inventory
- Use a table to complete inventory transfers from one location to another
- Read work orders
- Identify material by graders
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in the OCTG pipe industry
- Experience operating wheel loaders
- Experience with pipe inventory
- Ability to read work orders and identify material by graders
