KP Staffing is now hiring forklift drivers for a reverse logistics company in Lenoir, NC!

Company Overview

Duties

• Safely operate forklifts to receive, unload, move, and stage incoming products

• Transport pallets and materials to designated areas for sorting and processing

• Assist with inventory organization by category, condition, and priority

• Support product preparation for resale (labeling, packaging, bundling)

• Maintain accurate counts and documentation of processed items

• Inspect products for quality, damage, and resale eligibility

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

• Help meet daily and weekly production goals

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient workflow

• Identify damaged or non-resellable items and follow proper disposal procedures

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment

• Strong attention to detail when sorting and inspecting products

• Basic understanding of inventory handling or willingness to learn

• Reliable attendance and the ability to lift and move items as needed

Shift
7:00am – 3:00pm M-F Saturday 7:00am-12:00pm

Pay
$18 per hour
