Job Summary
The HSE Field Representative will conduct field safety inspections, audits, and job site evaluations while supporting compliance with OSHA, company, and client safety requirements. This role will assist with implementing HSE policies, investigating incidents, maintaining safety documentation, and promoting safe work practices across job sites.
Pay
$24- 26 per hour
Shift
1st shift: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Duties
- Conduct routine field safety inspections, audits, and job site evaluations
- Monitor employee compliance with OSHA, company, and client safety requirements
- Assist with implementation and enforcement of HSE policies and procedures
- Facilitate daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety orientations
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and prepare reports and corrective actions
- Maintain safety documentation, permits, certifications, and training records
- Support hazard identification and risk assessment activities
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices
- Participate in emergency response planning and drills
- Work closely with supervisors and crews to promote continuous safety improvement
- Assist with environmental compliance and waste management practices as needed
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees regarding safe work behaviors
