Line Lead
KP Staffing Granbury is now hiring line leads for a company that manufactures home furnishings in Weatherford, Texas!
Job Summary
The line lead will oversee daily production line operations, support production goals, coordinate team activities, and help ensure quality standards are met. This role will also use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams to communicate with management and track production information.
Pay
$16-$17 per hour,
Shift
1st shift: M-Th 6am-4:30pm
Duties
- Lead and support a production team during daily operations
- Monitor productivity and ensure production goals are achieved
- Train and assist team members as needed
- Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the production process
- Communicate production updates with supervisors and other departments
- Use Microsoft Excel to update production reports and track performance
- Use Microsoft Outlook and Teams for daily communication and scheduling
- Help resolve production issues and promote an efficient work environment
- Read production schedules and monitor workflow
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
- Experience in textile, sewing, or home furnishings manufacturing is preferred
