Company Overview
We are currently hiring Maintenance Mechanics and Maintenance Technicians for multiple manufacturing facilities in the Fort Worth area. Our team supports a variety of industrial operations, so we are seeking individuals with hands-on experience performing maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment.
Qualified candidates should have experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This may include working with mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical components, conveyors, presses, motors, or other production equipment. Preventative maintenance experience, the ability to diagnose equipment issues, and a strong understanding of safety procedures are highly valued.

Job Summary

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machines and equipment

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues within the production environment, implementing timely and effective solutions

Conduct preventive maintenance schedules on all equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan

Collaborate with production teams to ensure machines are running efficiently and meeting production goals

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and electrical components as required within the facility

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and time spent on each task

Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery

Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and regulations
Shift
We currently have openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts!
Pay
$20 – $35 per hour, depending on your experience
Job Details

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment

Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

Experience with plumbing and electrical systems in an industrial setting

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills

Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs

Ability to stand, walk, and move around the facility for extended periods

Capability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
