Maintenance Mechanic
KP Staffing is now hiring a maintenance mechanic for a large manufacturing facility in Fort Worth!

Job Summary

Troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment as needed

Install and maintain mechanical and system components

Perform regular preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems

Support building maintenance tasks as assigned

Assist with recycling and trash pickup when necessary

Read and follow blueprints, manuals, and assembly instructions
-
Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
-
Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Shift
2 p.m. – 12:30 a.m., Monday – Thursday (overtime required when necessary)
Pay
$24+ per hour, DOE (plus shift differential)
Job Details

Knowledge of general building maintenance procedures

Experience with machinery, tools, and mechanical repairs

Understanding of safety precautions and occupational hazards

Ability to read blueprints and instructions

Skilled in the use of hand and power tools

Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)

Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once

Previous maintenance experience preferred
