KP Staffing Granbury is now hiring a mechanic for a company that manufactures building supplies and materials in Cresson, Texas!
Job Summary
The mechanic will perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on company vehicles, primarily diesel trucks, within a fleet environment. This role includes servicing diesel-powered equipment and supporting repairs with light welding as needed.
Pay
$19 to $22 per hour, DOE
Shift
1st shift: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday
Duties
- Perform basic routine maintenance and repairs on company vehicles
- Conduct oil changes, brake adjustments, and other standard service tasks
- Diagnose and service diesel trucks and diesel-powered equipment
- Perform light welding to support vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Work primarily on diesel vehicles within a company fleet environment
Qualifications
- Experience performing basic vehicle maintenance including oil changes and brakes
- Strong working knowledge of diesel engines and diesel truck systems
- Welding experience
