KP Staffing is now hiring MIG and Fluxcore welders and fitters for a company in Fort Worth!

Job Summary

Material Prep
-
Material Handling
-
Weld components in flat, vertical or overhead positions

Mig, Flux Core and/or Stick Welding
-
Position, align, fit, tack and weld parts to form complete assemblies or sub-assemblies

Operate hand and power tools
-
Follow instructions from supervisors/management and SOPs
-
Follow quality plans and quality specifications
Shift
MIG Welders Schedule
1st shift: 5 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. or 9 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. | 2nd shift: 2 p.m. – 11 p.m. | Saturday overtime as required
FLUXCORE Welders Schedule –
2nd shift: Monday – Thursday 4:00 pm – 2:30 am/Friday 4:00 pm – 12:30 am (Saturdays as needed)
Pay
$19 – $27 per hour (pay will depend on welding test scores)
Job Details
-
Pass welding test showcasing skills in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
-
Perform welding using various materials such as .035 solid wire, .045 flux core wire, 7018 and 6011 rods
-
Utilize hand cutting torches and hand grinders with precision
-
Read tape measure with accuracy to 1/32”
-
Execute minimal assembly tasks under supervision

Willingness to perform other production-related duties as assigned

Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing and screening

Welding and fitting experience

MIG welding experience
