KP Staffing is now hiring quality inspectors for a company that manufactures water heaters located in Fort Worth, TX!

Company Overview:

Job Summary:

  • Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards

  • Perform visual, mechanical, and functional testing on bottles, labels, and packaging to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications

  • Monitor the production process and identify deviations from quality standards, reporting issues promptly to management

  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control findings.

  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GMP, and company-specific quality standards throughout the manufacturing process

  • Work closely with the production and packaging teams to ensure quality control procedures are followed

  • Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions when product defects or deviations occur

  • Ensure proper documentation for all quality control activities and audit readiness.

  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to improve inspection procedures and standards

Shift
1st Shift: 6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., Monday – Friday (Mandatory overtime will be required)

Pay
$121+ per hour, depending on experience

Job Details

  • Knowledge of a variety of building maintenance procedures and techniques

  • Knowledge of machinery, equipment, and tools necessary for the performance of basic maintenance tasks

  • Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions

  • Skill in reading and following blueprints and assembly instructions

  • Skill in using hand and power tools

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

  • Must be multi-task oriented and able to work on several ongoing projects simultaneously
