Job Summary
The burlapper will prepare, cut, fit, and secure burlap and related upholstery materials to product components while maintaining established quality, safety, and production standards.

$16 – $20 per hour, DOE

Duties
-
Prepare, cut, measure, and position burlap and related upholstery materials in accordance with product specifications and production requirements

Install and secure burlap materials to frames and product components using appropriate tools, fasteners, and techniques

Stretch and position burlap evenly to ensure proper fit, tension, alignment, and overall appearance

Inspect materials for defects, damage, or inconsistencies and ensure finished work meets established quality standards

Follow patterns, work instructions, production specifications, and established procedures to maintain consistent product quality

Use hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively while maintaining a clean and organized work area

Identify and report material, equipment, or production issues to the supervisor and assist with corrective actions as needed

Maintain required production levels while meeting company standards for quality, accuracy, and efficiency

Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable workplace requirements

Perform other related duties as assigned
