Job Summary
The Utility Associate supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products, while ensuring accurate inventory management, maintaining a clean, organized workspace, and adhering to all safety and quality standards to promote efficient operations.

$17 – $20 per hour
Job Details
- Receive, inspect, and accurately sort incoming inventory using an RF scanner.
- Load and move raw materials and finished goods using pallet jacks, skids, or hand trucks.
- Secure products for shipment by strapping and stabilizing pallets.
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot stretch wrap machines to ensure loads are properly wrapped.
- Use hand tools, including hammers and crowbars, to remove strapping and open crates or boxes as needed.
- Assist with product repairs and rework when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by keeping workstations, pallet areas, shelves, and equipment in good condition.
- Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations to maintain a safe workplace.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support to help meet daily operational and organizational goals.
