KP Staffing is now hiring warehouse associates (level 2) for a company in Duncanville, TX!

Job Summary

The warehouse associate will perform warehouse and material-handling duties while supporting daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and production operations. This position requires previous warehouse experience and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay

$18 per hour

Shift

2nd shift: 6 p.m. – 4:30 a.m., Tuesday – Friday

Duties

• Load, unload, move, stage, and organize products and materials throughout the warehouse

• Pick, pack, replenish, and prepare products according to work orders and customer requirements

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely

• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately track inventory

• Perform inventory counts and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies

• Receive, inspect, label, and properly store incoming materials

• Prepare products and materials for shipment

• Verify quantities, product information, and shipping documentation

• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations

• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA requirements

• Perform routine equipment inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment

• Perform other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Assist and provide guidance to level 1 warehouse associates when needed

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required

• Previous experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment preferred

• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification

• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred

• Basic computer skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong commitment to workplace safety

• Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and move materials

• Ability to safely lift and move products as required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
